I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh Emminger today. I was having such a difficult time with some things regarding my OneDrive, and a few other things with the company software at my job. He was so nice! very professional. Very kind. Most of all.... HE WAS SO PATIENT!!!!!!! Lol! I was a mess with technology today, and he explained everything! He walked me through it all and helped me really understand what he was doing so that I knew how to correct the issue myself should a problem such as this arise. I am blown away by the help I received from one of these guy's when I called with what seemed to me to be a difficult problem. His name was Josh and I was extremely impressed by how patient, yet at the same time, efficient he was. He heard me out, asked a few targeted questions, and was able to get to the root of the issue which I wasn't even aware of. Not only did I get better than the help I needed, I feel like I learned something as well. Truly a competent professional who clearly knows his stuff.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff with whom I interacted. I believe his name was Ralph. What's more impressive is that he brought my computer back from the dead!
